| Afrociti to set up computer centre in Kilifi |
|
Kilifi is a beautiful town on the coastal part of Kenya. Its white sand beaches, boat club, hotels are testimonies to the fact that this is one perfect getaway for holiday seekers. However a tour of Kilifi with the Mayor and Afrociti team brought out a shocking revelation. The public school system has only seven computers for over four thousand students. Many of them have never touched a computer before in their lives. In response to this, Afrociti will be setting up a 200 unit central computer centre to serve the schools.
